Remember how literally one post ago I was all like, ‘bread feels so intimating! ah!’ That is no longer true. I have overcome my fear of bread and I feel ALIVE.
I came home around 1am yesterday and decided that today I would try my hand at focaccia, one of my favorite types of bread. I quickly looked up a recipe and made the dough so that it could rise overnight in the fridge.

And boy, oh boy, is it amazing.

It’s a pretty easy recipe, you just need to leave enough time for an overnight rise.

You can easily switch up the toppings of the bread. Instead of basil and oregano, I used fresh garlic and dried rosemary. I finished it with sea salt after it baked.
